REFUND POLICY

We are artists and designers who all work small batch and with a commitment to hand crafted excellence. Products can never be standard because each is unique. We therefore hope you will share in the integrity and commitment with which we create and dispatch every single one of our products. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.

You can return your order to us ONLY if it is damaged in transit. Please send us a photograph within 48 hours of receiving it, with all details, and someone will contact you right away. We will replace your order within 2 weeks if the product is available and if not available we will refund the full amount. Refund will be initiated in 2 to 3 working days and the refund will reflect in your account within 7 working days.
